Prior to Weber Shandwick, she worked for Ketchum and Hill &amp; Knowlton. She holds Master’s degrees in Business Management from Solvay Business School and Translation from the Institut Supérieur de Traducteurs et Interprètes.

A Belgian citizen and native French speaker, Isabelle is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Isabelle Coppens

Christian is based in Brussels, where he leads the Corporate Communications and the Employee Engagement and Change Management (EECM) work. He is advising international clients on how to protect or enhance their reputation, and how to effectively engage employees and attract new talent. He works across industries for clients like Ericsson, Euroclear, FEVE, the European Glass Container Industry, Incyte, Mars and UCB.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Christian worked as a communications consultant for international consultancies based in Brussels and Germany.
&nbsp;
Christian graduated with a BA in German Literature, Philosophy and Italian Language &amp; Literature from the University of Hamburg in 2004. As a German national, he is fluent in German, English and Italian.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Steven held a senior consultant position at the FINN agency.

Born in Belgium, Steven is a native speaker of Dutch and is fluent in English and French. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in Corporate Communications.

Daniela is a healthcare communications expert with over 18 years of experience, currently serving on Weber Shandwick Brussels&#8217; health team. Her skills include EU funding, lobbying, and coordinating healthcare projects.
&nbsp;
Since 2012, she has managed several environment-shaping projects that improved standards of diagnosis and care as well as patient access. She has positioned Weber Shandwick as a leading agency for the European Reference Networks and led successful advocacy programs, such as the awarded #Breathing Hope Campaign, which resulted in a Written Declaration in the European Parliament.

She has worked with a range of clients, including healthcare providers and pharmaceutical companies.
&nbsp;
Daniela has a Masters in International and Diplomatic Science and an MSc in Health, Community and Development. She is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Robert, an EU public affairs expert with over a decade&#8217;s experience, joined Weber Shandwick from H/Advisors in 2021.

Specializing in tech and financial services policy, he&#8217;s worked with global companies, start-ups, investment funds, and trade associations.
&nbsp;
At Weber Shandwick, Robert focuses on strategic foresight and advice, leading the design and implementation of advocacy campaigns in EU policy areas including AI, data privacy &amp; governance, online competition and payments. His legal background includes work in arbitration and antitrust.
&nbsp;
Native in English and French, he holds a BA from McGill University, an LLB from the University of Edinburgh, and a Masters in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University.

Robert Langmuir

Oliver joined Weber Shandwick in 2020, bringing two decades of experience from the European Institutions.
&nbsp;
He was European Commission spokesman for the internal market. As member of cabinet he was for example in charge of relations with the European Parliament and portfolios like agriculture &amp; rural development, environment, competition, financial services, food &amp; health, maritime &amp; transport.
&nbsp;
As key advisor to Commissioners, he was part of the team responding to the financial crisis and participated in high-level policy dialogues with many of the EU’s trading partners, such as the US and Japan.
&nbsp;
Oliver worked for many companies, holds a law &amp; governance degree and a postgraduate LL.M. degree in EU law. He speaks English, German, French and Dutch.
