The Renault Law - Why timely change management is crucial for a successful transformation
In the first three months of 2024, sixteen companies have already applied the Renault Law to their restructure in Belgium. While these significant restructuring activities can mean periods of high stress for employees, actively managing the transformation by balancing business needs with individual and social responsibilities can help ease the transition. The Renault Law dictates a strict procedure and strongly limits how a company can communicate. In this co-organised event between the communications consultancy Weber Shandwick and the law firm Loyens & Loeff, we will zoom in on the limitations of the Renault Law, provide a framework for change communications and engagement with your employees and stakeholders during a transformation, reducing the need for reactive crisis communication.
