Robert, an EU public affairs expert with over a decade’s experience, joined Weber Shandwick from H/Advisors in 2021.
Specializing in tech and financial services policy, he’s worked with global companies, start-ups, investment funds, and trade associations.
At Weber Shandwick, Robert focuses on strategic foresight and advice, leading the design and implementation of advocacy campaigns in EU policy areas including AI, data privacy & governance, online competition and payments. His legal background includes work in arbitration and antitrust.
Native in English and French, he holds a BA from McGill University, an LLB from the University of Edinburgh, and a Masters in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University.
